Nur Qistina Binti Suriadharma @ Sharudin is an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya, admitted to the Bar on 6th September 2024. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Laws (Shariah) (LLBs) from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), equipping her with a strong foundation in both civil and shariah law.

She completed her pupillage at a firm in Kuala Lumpur, where she gained valuable exposure and was immersed in the intricacies of civil litigation, playing an active role in every stage of the legal process. She personally managed debt recovery cases involving garnishee orders, foreclosure, winding-up proceedings, and bankruptcy, overseeing procedural requirements from drafting cause papers to court representation. Qistina worked closely with clients and witnesses, ensuring they were well-prepared for trials, and engaged with regulatory authorities to facilitate smooth case progression. This direct involvement cultivated her ability to approach cases holistically, balancing legal strategy with practical execution.

Currently, Qistina serves as a Legal Associate of Messrs Abdul, Low & Partners at the Kuantan branch, where she handles a wide range of cases, particularly in civil litigation. Her role involves managing diverse legal matters with precision. Her practice is defined by her meticulous approach to case preparation and her ability to deliver strategic solutions tailored to her clients’ unique needs.
